Summary0000859: Reducing vehicle streaming range causes warping issues
DescriptionIf you reduce the vehicle streaming range value from it's default (700) to like 500 for example, occupied vehicles will start to warp when they are far away. Unoccupied vehicles are fine and they stream out at the specified max distance.
Steps To ReproduceSet vehicle_stream_range to 500 for example in the settings, grab a friend and make him drive away from you. Notice the warping when he's far away.

This is still an issue on the latest testing version.

Seems like the vehicle streaming range setting only applies for unoccupied vehicles. For occupied vehicles, only the player that's driving the vehicle dissapears but the vehicle continues warping around being streamed until it is 700 units away (default setting)

If this can be fixed for the upcoming update it would be great. Reducing streaming range distances can help to improve client performance and stability, specially in big servers.
